Shipping policy

L.V. NATURAL FOODS cooperates with UPS and DHL for international shipments.


Shipping throughout Europe (except for extended/remote areas): free shipping for all orders over 99 €, weighing less than 5kg.

Delivery time

The delivery time for shipments within Europe depending on the zone of the country is 3-4 working days, while for postcodes within Greece defined as inaccessible areas according to the courier service system, delivery is 2-3 days provided that all products are available. For shipments abroad, the delivery time is based on the DHL system, which may vary depending on the country of shipment.

Return policy

Through its website, the company allows you to enjoy the benefit of direct contact with us and to be provided with the exact description of the products available on your computer screen.

The return policy for products sold through our Company’s website applies in the following cases:

  1. If the delivered product is damaged in transit, L.V. NATURAL FOODS gives you the right to replace it or get your money back within 30 days. The return request for the replacement of the product should be submitted together with all documents accompanying the product (e.g. delivery note/invoice, proof of purchase, photo of the product, etc.) and the original packaging.

In any case, the replacement of items is accepted only upon agreement between the customer and the Company.

Refunds are made within 30 days of the return and receipt of the products. Refunds are deposited in a bank account.

It is strongly recommended to consult our online store before any replacement.

Cancellation of order

Our company has a mechanism to cancel an online order only (in whole or in part) that has already been entered in the online store. For any cancellation (in whole or in part) until the end of the day of the order, you must send an e-mail to providing your details and order number, and an associate will proceed with the cancellation.It should also be noted that cancellation is not possible for products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and the seal has been removed after delivery.
