Description
Three shapes, one fire. Achinós, Kýma and Vráchos were forged as a family — the sea urchin, the wave and the rock of the Ionian coast below our mountains — and they are at their best on the same table, where the light from one falls on the ribs, folds and fissures of the others.
Each holder is a single bar of solid iron, heated, bent, struck and sunk by hand in our forge in Neraida, Epirus. They take a standard tealight or an 80 mm ball candle. Unlit, they read as three small sculptures; lit, each throws its own pattern of shadow.
The Trio comes as three separately boxed pieces — three engraved birch boxes, one signed workshop card — so it can be kept together or given apart. Bought together, it is 110 € less than the three pieces separately.
